It is also fairly configurable, with various editing and saving options. PicPick is a free, lightweight app that allows you to take scrolling screenshots with a simple hotkey. You can now save the image on your computer in the image format of your choice.
Once you’re done with the editing, click on ‘ File‘ at the top-left corner for ‘ Save‘ options. Once it reaches the bottom, the app will open the screenshot in its built-in image editor, and you will get various options to edit it. Finally, click on the target window and it will automatically start scrolling to take a full-page screenshot. You will see a ‘Capture Scrolling Window’ popup. Now open the target page for your scrolling screenshot and press Ctrl + Alt + PrntScrn simultaneously. If there is no problem, it's probably a driver issue and probably the mouse. If you can't get to the mouse settings (like you mentioned) try getting to them in safe mode.ħ. Check the "Buttons" tab, or something similar. Check by clicking on start, selecting Control Panel, then double click on the "Mouse" icon. It might also be set to "click lock" in your mouse settings. To stop this action, simply press the scroll wheel on the mouse down, then release it. 
After pressing the scroll wheel, it will scroll up or down when you move the mouse up or down. If you have a scroll-wheel mouse, some of them have the ability to auto-scroll if you push down the scroll wheel, then release it. Restore the computer to a date before this started happening.Ħ.
